Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything uploaded to or generated with Zombie Couple Video: the photos you upload and the videos the Service creates. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What the Service makes
Zombie Couple Video makes one kind of video: a short, fictional AI story in a fixed script. You cannot write prompts. The only input is two photos. All videos are generated by Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance) and are AI-generated fiction.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload photos for, or try to create, any of the following:
- Pornography or sexual content, including nude or sexualised images of anyone.
- Violence or gore beyond the fixed, bloodless script.
- Hate speech, symbols or imagery that attack people based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content. Never upload photos of minors with any sexual or harmful intent. Any child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: videos meant to make people believe a real event happened, photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and any use designed to deceive, harass, defame or embarrass a real person.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: photos you do not have the right to use, such as images of film characters or other people's copyrighted work.
Where your photos must come from
You may only upload your own photos, or photos of people who have given you their explicit permission. For a pet, use your own pet. You confirm this before every generation. Uploading another person's photo without their consent is prohibited.
Other prohibited conduct
- Sharing a generated video as if it were real footage.
- Trying to bypass our safety checks, or bulk-generating videos with automated tools.
- Using the Service for anything illegal.
3. Content moderation
- Fixed script. Users cannot write prompts, so the Service cannot be steered to generate anything outside the zombie love story.
- Automated checks. Every generation runs with the video model's built-in safety filter (Seedance NSFW checker) switched on. Requests it flags are refused and the credits are returned.
- Human review. We review every report we receive by hand, and periodically sample generated videos.
- Short retention. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days.
4. Reporting
If you see a video made with this Service that breaks this policy or uses your image without permission, email support@thezombiecouple.com with the subject "Report", and include a link or description of the video. We keep the reporter's identity confidential.

5. Enforcement
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:
- refuse the generation and keep the credits for the attempt;
- delete the photos and videos involved;
- block the guest session and payment details from further use without a refund;
- report illegal content, especially anything involving minors, to the relevant authorities.
6. Appeals
If you believe we acted on your content by mistake, email support@thezombiecouple.com within 30 days with the subject "Appeal". We review appeals within 10 business days.
